Small apartmet building, very intimate, homly and cozy. Only 9 units for nine families distributed in tree levels and 3 commercial spaces in the acces floor integrate the entire building. Simple forms, rectangles, squares and one oval in the roof complement each other to generate this living box.

Multifamily building, medium density, integrated by big and comfortable apartments. Is located in a corner intersection in one of the most high-cost neighborhoods, in front of a golf country club and surrounded by luxury houses.

The house is located in a suburb area, the field has an interesting topography, close to a hill, however the size of the field is reduced and the program for the house is big, so we had to create a compact house. The clients wanted a house with some country and typical elements of the Santa Cruz traditional architecture, like roofs with ceramic tiles, a lot of wooden details, exterior spaces, etc. In addition, we added some contemporary elements in order to maintain a modern design language, like big areas of glass in the facades, concrete volumes, etc. One of our concerns was the amount of light we wanted to introduce inside the house but to avoid the direct sunlight form the west. That’s why we created this compact but linear house organized in different levels, oriented to the north and protected from the western sun with a big ceramic roof that works as a shield.

Shopping Design Center

In 2011, Weidling S.A. enterprises, that represents important products for interior and exterior design like PAPAIZ, DECA and ELIANE decides to participate in a new shopping mall for design and decoration in Santa Cruz de la Sierra named Design Center. A new group of stores that hosts some of the best brands and companies dedicated to architecture, construction, design and decoration. Our showroom main idea is to show the products used in spaces that could be part of a home, office, bathroom, etc. trough a series of boxes, all covered with the Elite products store, shown in different colors , sizes and textures and organized in a random way. Is am elegant and funny show of forms, light, textures, colors and water.

A beautiful field located in a suburb country neighborhood, surrounded by a forest is the scenario for tis project. The program is very simple, the house is organized in three blocks in a line, all of them oriented to the beautiful views to the forest. Simple, modern and versatile, designed for a single man and eventually a guest. The house is organized in boxes, creating open and close spaces, where the rooms and social areas are oriented to the landscape, and the light gets inside from everywhere.

The house is developed in a residential urban área. Is composed by two parts, the first and front part to the street is a Loft for the son, a single young man. The rear part consists in the social areas, interior and exterior in the access floor and the Master Suite for the parents in the second floor, connected to the backyard and the pool. An exterior spiral stairs connects the two levels and the roof, where an exterior lounge terrace complements this singular open and social house.

A single linear white container oriented to the north consists the main idea of this house. Open and fluid spaces with large windows, a central double height and an open stair complement the concept. Controlled daylight everywhere due to the decomposed box that introduces it from every side of the house. The Photography of one of the elements of the house, a concrete exterior stair was selected as the cover of the National Architecture Magazine, ARKIDEA.

Las Americas avenue is an important commercial zone in the south area of the city. Five commercial spaces organized in two levels integrate this small shopping. The façade is covered by an aluminum mask and stainless steel elements that protects from the sunset and gives the building a singular, dynamic, elegant and shiny aspect that makes it excel from the normal environment.
